EX CORP. is where technology meets a love for games. We build products that amplify players' emotions and make the gaming world richer: from content personalization and AI assistants to news platforms, analytics services, and gaming encyclopedias.

We're now looking for an Analytics Engineer who can turn raw data into clear insights and working services. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and analytics: you'll write code, design data processing pipelines, test hypotheses, and solve applied business problems.

Our stack

  • Python (data parsing, ETL, analytics services)
  • SQL (analytical and product databases)
  • Apache Airflow (orchestrating and maintaining data pipelines)
  • ClickHouse and internal databases
  • Power BI and Grafana (visualization, dashboards, monitoring)
  • Data sources — Google Analytics and internal company services

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining analytics services and ETL processes
  • Conducting analytical research, formulating and testing hypotheses
  • Finding insights and growth opportunities in key product and business metrics
  • Building dashboards and reports in Power BI and Grafana
  • Participating in the development of ML-based services (e.g., price analysis and optimization)
  • Developing data processing workflows and maintaining Airflow pipelines

What matters to us

  • Strong command of Python for analytics and ETL
  • Experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
  • Advanced SQL
  • Understanding of analytics pipeline design
  • Analytical thinking that connects data to business problems
  • Skills structuring information and hypotheses
  • Independence and initiative
  • Willingness to own the quality and stability of analytics services

Nice to have

  • Experience with Apache Airflow
  • Experience with pricing models and price analytics
  • Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science
  • Interest in Counter-Strike, gaming, esports, or the in-game item market

Why work with us

  • Influence products used by millions of players
  • Balance between analytical work and engineering practice
  • Tasks that require building working solutions, not just analysis
  • A team of experts passionate about games and technology
  • Flexible schedule and remote work format
  • Support for professional growth: training, books, internal and external courses
  • A chance to grow alongside one of the biggest esports brands
