GENERAL INFORMATION
ex boost. is a program organized by CS Virtual Trade Ltd., a company duly organized and registered in accordance with the law of the Republic of Cyprus under the registered number HE 398926, having registered office at 705, Spyrou Araouzou Av. & Koumandarias, Fayza House, 3036, Limassol, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as “Program” and “Organizer” respectively).
The Program Rules govern the relationship between the Organizer and a Program applicant (referred to as "you" or the "Applicant") and outline the procedures and guidelines for the Program's application process.
By applying for the Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Program Rules, as well as any additional instructions communicated by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify these Rules at any time with prior written notice.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Program is designed to provide support to passionate talents in their projects (“Project”) related to competitive gaming, encompassing the following areas:
- Tech
- Content Creation
- Data Analytics
- Research
- Management and organization
- Social Media
The Organizer’s assistance may include, but is not limited to:
- Internship opportunities
- Coaching sessions
- Mentorship programs
- Networking opportunities
- Creative production support
The Organizer will cover the expenses directly associated with the participation in the Program.
The specific conditions regarding the Program, such as the type of Organizer’s assistance, the timeline, and the possible Organizer’s financial support, and any other specific terms will be outlined in the Participation Terms to be defined individually for each participant.
APPLICANT’S GUARANTEE
During the application process and participation, you guarantee that:
- You will provide true and accurate information;
- You will respect the Organizer and its representatives;
- You will abide by these Rules and the Organizer’s instructions.
- You will timely (without undue delay) provide all documentation that may be required for the application review and further participation.
ELIGIBILITY
In order to qualify for program participation, Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Fall within the age range of 13 to 30 years. If the applicant is below 18 years old approval of their one parent or legal guardian is obligatory for the participation.
- Lack of professional experience in gaming or esports.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively in English, at an intermediate level or higher. In exceptional circumstances, the Organizer may evaluate the possibility of providing a translator.
The Organiser may require an Applicant to provide proof of identity, parent’s or legal guardian’s consent and eligibility to participate in the Program.
APPLICATION PROCESS
To apply for participation in the Program, you are required to fill out an Application Form on the excorp.gg website, which includes personal and contact information, curriculum vitae (CV), Applicant’s Project proposal.
Applications are accepted at any time on an ongoing basis.
Please follow these steps to apply:
- Fill out the Application Form;
- The Organizer will review your application and notify you of the outcome regarding your inclusion in the Program within one month.
- If selected for the Program, you will be required to agree to and sign the Participation Terms.

The Organizer retains the authority to evaluate applications and make final decisions at its sole discretion. The evaluation criteria encompass factors such as eligibility, the quality of the proposed project, the Organizer's capacity to assist the Applicant in project release, and the potential impact on the Applicant's educational process.
The Organizer reserves the right to decline any application without providing an explanation for the decision.
APPLICANT’S INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees, shareholders, vendors, partners, contractors, agents, licensors, or other representatives of each of them and all their successors and assigns (collectively, the “indemnitees”) in respect of all claims, costs (including legal fees and costs), damages, liabilities, and expenses or obligations of any kind, arising out of or in connection with your breach of the Program Rules.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, or any physical injuries, resulting from the application to/ participation in the Program.
Force Majeure. Neither Party will be deemed to be in breach of this Rules for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, armed conflict, terrorism, embargo, fire, flood, strike, or other labor disturbance.
MISCELLANEOUS
Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Cyprus.
Dispute Resolution. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Program Rules or its subject matter or formation.
