Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implement and control necessary processes to ensure predictable delivery;
• Assist in planning development goals and control of the implementation plans; 
• Coordinate interactions between teams;
• Facilitate team meetings;
• Supervise end-to-end projects developed by several teams;
• Combine reports on team activities;
• Scaling successful processes and practices throughout the company;
• Shape and maintain project documentation up to date;
• Collect efficiency, effectiveness and quality metrics of teamwork;
• Actively participate in the day-to-day life of the project office, including developing regulations and templates and integrating work automation tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Project Manager experience;
• Knowledge of flexible project management methodologies. We use Scrum and Kanban for our projects, but we are open to well-informed solutions and innovations;
• Attention to detail, multitasking and analytical mindset;
• Consistency and systematic nature in decision-making;
• Experience in developing and evaluating developers, managers and teams and providing feedback; 
• Ability and desire to immerse yourself in the context of tasks performed by the team.
  

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge or experience working with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence);
• Experience working with distributed teams;
• Experience with OKRs;
